DESCRIPTION:Monday\, July 17\n1:00 p.m. \nNote:  This field trip has been cancelled. \nWe’ll join bird enthusiast Gerald Parent at his Purple Marten colony to check out the new arrivals.  We will learn about the ecology of Purple Marten and the importance of placing leg bands on the birds. \nCost is free.  Some travel is involved (40 km round trip) \nSpace is limited so advanced registration is required \nE-mail saskatoonnaturekids@gmail.com (or call 306-975-3042) to register or for more information. \nAt least one parent/guardian must accompany your child/children on all Young Naturalists activities.
