Wild Weekends at the Saskatoon Forestry Farm Park and Zoo
Join us on weekends this summer to learn about the animals at the Saskatoon Forestry Farm Park and Zoo. Keep an eye out for the Saskatoon Zoo Society Ask-Me Carts where you can explore animal tracks, coverings, horns and antlers. Also, watch for the Animal Care Specialists at various animal enclosures throughout the day too!
Parks Canada will be out and about with the Saskatoon Zoo Society interpreter on Saturday, August 24th! Watch for their display.
Saturdays, Sundays and holiday Mondays from June 29th to Labour Day. 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Saskatoon Zoo Society Interpreter Presentations: (Actual times and any changes to the schedule below will be posted at the Zoo entrance each weekend)
Morning Brown Bears, Wolves (find an interpreter near these enclosures)
Afternoon Cougars (find an interpreter near this enclosure)
Python (or other reptile) in the Affinity Learning Centre – usually around 2:30 p.m.
Porcupine in the Affinity Learning Centre-usually around 3:30 p.m.
Watch for a Saskatoon Zoo Society Interpreter at an ASK-ME Cart station outside of these presentation hours during the Wild Weekend times of 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
We will post up the Zookeeper presentations at the Zoo Entrance (Zoo sign will have the most current information).
