As a non-profit, registered charity, the Saskatoon Zoo Society relies on the generosity of our members, individuals, corporations, foundations and all three levels of government to support our numerous education programs and to assist with improving the quality of life of the animals at the Saskatoon Forestry Farm Park and Zoo.

Donations to the Saskatoon Zoo Society can be made in a variety of ways: from annual gifts to Adopt-a-Critter purchases, there are many ways you can show you care!

We invite you to look at all the programs we offer and see if there is a particular area you would like to support or whether you would like to make a general donation.

All donations of $10.00 or more will be issued a charitable tax receipt. The Saskatoon Zoo Society is a charitable organization that relies on the generosity of all its donors. Please consider making a donation today! Charitable registration #11914 1216 RR0001.

What does your money help support?

Education:

The majority of the Saskatoon Zoo Society’s efforts are environmental education programs. Curriculum-connected tours and outreach, pre-school programs, weekend interpretive programs, camps, and PD Day Zoo Crew programs are just a few of the programs we offer every year.

Care of Animals:

The Saskatoon Zoo Society gives back to the Saskatoon Forestry Farm Park and Zoo to help improve the lives of the animals at the Zoo. Your Adopt-a-Critter donations assist us in this area.

Research and Conservation:

The Saskatoon Zoo Society partners with the Saskatoon Nature Society to gather information on the status of several of our Saskatchewan species. You can get involved by participating in Citizen Scientist research through our Young Naturalists’ Programs.

Thank You!

The Saskatoon Zoo Society relies on donations, sponsorships and volunteers to support our environmental education programming. Without you, none of this would be possible.
